National Driving School of The Year – we’re shortlisted!
RED Driving School has been shortlisted as National Driving School of Year, 2018 – in the inaugural FirstCar Awards.
FirstCar has a reputation for excellence that spans a decade, but this is the first ever awards from the FirstCar team. The awards have been created to help young drivers pick the driving school, services, technology and cars that help them stay safe behind the wheel.
Shortlist driving schools have demonstrated exemplary commitment and performance in all aspects of customer service, effective instruction and road safety.
Ian McIntosh, CEO RED Driving School says “We’re delighted to be shortlisted for this award, and it’s fantastic opportunity to showcase all the work that RED and our Driving Instructors have put in to helping learner drivers across the country get on the road in a safe and supportive environment.”
The judging panel is made up of industry experts, including motoring editors and writers from FirstCar as well as leading industry title Intelligent Instructor. Other judges included members of the three main associations supporting Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs); the Approved Driving Instructors National Joint Council (ADINJC), the Driving Instructors Association (DIA) and the Motor Schools Association (MSA).
The winners will be announced at the FirstCar Awards ceremony, at the Royal Automobile Club in Pall Mall, London, on the 25th April 2018.
